Maya has 12 years of yoga ​experience, teaching for 8 of ​them. She specializes in Vinyasa ​and Restorative Yoga, blending ​alignment, breath, and ​movement. Her classes are ​known for their calming energy ​and personalized approach, ​making yoga accessible to all ​levels.

Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher

Oliver is a meditation instructor ​with 10 years of experience, ​having studied in India and ​Thailand. His classes integrate ​breathwork and guided ​meditation, helping students ​connect with the present ​moment and find mental clarity ​through mindfulness.

Wellness Coach and Yoga Therapist
