Lead Yoga Instructor
Maya has 12 years of yoga experience, teaching for 8 of them. She specializes in Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga, blending alignment, breath, and movement. Her classes are known for their calming energy and personalized approach, making yoga accessible to all levels.
Oliver Grey
Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher
Oliver is a meditation instructor with 10 years of experience, having studied in India and Thailand. His classes integrate breathwork and guided meditation, helping students connect with the present moment and find mental clarity through mindfulness.
Sofia Rivera
Wellness Coach and Yoga Therapist
Sofia is a certified yoga therapist and wellness coach specializing in healing through movement. She offers personalized sessions to help students recover from injuries, manage stress, and improve their well-being through therapeutic yoga practices.
